Municipalities and Urban Planning Minister Dr. Jum’a bin Ahmed Al-Kaabi received Northern Area Municipality Chairman Ali Al-Jebel and Member Ahmed Al-Alawi.The meeting discussed several topics of common interest and ways of boosting cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the Municipal Council so as to accomplish more successes in municipal work in the Kingdom. Current and future municipal projects were also explored.The meeting also discussed planned projects underway and several issues of interest to citizens in the area which come under the Ministry’s specialties.The Chairman and member of the Municipal Council praised the role of the Minister and various services provided by the Ministry of Municipalities and Urban Planning, citing the significance for the legislative authority and the executive authority to constantly stay in touch.
