His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa said that Bahrain is looking forward to enhancing its trade and economic ties with Malaysia through exchanging products and opening up new horizons of bilateral cooperation. He affirmed that the two countries' agreements, expertise and companies can achieve an effective joint trade partnership.This came as HRH Premier received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the Malaysian Ambassador to Bahrain Ahmed Shahzan Abdul Samad, who was accompanied by a number of Malaysian businessmen.HRH Premier praised the advanced level of the Bahraini-Malaysian relations, stressing the kingdom's keenness to bolster them further for the common interests of their friendly peoples.He expressed satisfaction over the steady growth of bilateral cooperation and the two countries' shared desire to constantly enhance it, highlighting the importance of activating the mechanisms that boost it (joint cooperation) further.The Malaysian Ambassador lauded the investment atmosphere provided by the government, noting that it will motivate the private sector in both countries to increase bilateral cooperation. He praised HRH Premier's keen interest to broaden areas of bilateral coordination and collaboration, which, he said, is reflected in the readiness of the relevant government ministries and departments to meet the requirement of bilateral cooperation.
