Bahraini police defused on Saturday a booby-trapped car after they suspected two cars in different locations. According to Bahraini news agency, policemen located two suspicious cars as they were parked at two different places in the capital. The two vehicles turned out to be reported stolen earlier, Bahraini Police Director General. The anti-terror squad and anti-explosive experts searched the two cars and defused the home-made bombs, which were planted in one of the vehicles. Civil Defence units had also to intervene to assist in defusing the booby-trapped car. Forensic experts rushed to the scene and collected fingerprints and evidence to identify the perpetrators of the heinous act, which aimed at terrorizing innocent people, and bringing them to justice.
