Royal Academy of Police (RAP) Commandant Colonel Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa visited the Maldives upon invitation from its Police Commissioner Hussain Waheed to attend, as a Guest of Honour, the second annual convocation of the Institute for Security and Law Enforcement Studies.Commissioner Waheed welcomed the RAP Commandant and praised the cooperation between the two countries to exchange knowledge and expertise in education and training. The Commandant hoped for closer relations between the two organisations.The Commandant was associated in distributing certificates to the graduates of a course organised by the Institute.
