Sudanese President Omar Hassan Bashir will represent his country in the Afro-Arab summit to take place in Kuwait on November 19-20. Kuwait hosts this summit for the third time. Ministerial committees will precede the summit meeting and take place on November 17, said El-Youm el-Tali newspaper. Summiteers will discuss increasing Arab-African trade exchange and providing necessary financing sources to set up projects proposed by the Arab and African development foundations.
