President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Egypt’s interim President Adly Mansour, families and friends of the victims of the terrorist attack in Mansoura, Belarusian embassy in Cairo has said. A car bombing outside the Egyptian police headquarters in the city of Mansoura killed 15 people and injured about 135 people on Tuesday.
