Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko sent a cable of condolences to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi over the beheading of 21 Egyptians by Daesh militants in Libya.
In his cable, which was released by the Belarusian embassy in Cairo, the Belarusian president over condolences to the Egyptian president and families of the victims, terming the killing as inhumane action.
