Eight soldiers were killed by a roadside bomb in Thailnad\'s Krongpinang district of Yala province early Saturday morning, police said. The 60-kg bomb exploded as the soldiers were travelling in a military truck along a village road in Yala, it said. Another two soldiers were wounded and two villagers on a motorcyle behind the truck were also hurt, it added.
