Britain's Embassy in Tunisia closed down Friday in fear of being subject to violent practices. France and Germany's Embassies had announced earlier closing down their doors in light of spiralling protests over the published caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad. "This is a precautionary measure taken in light of security developments in the country," the British Embassy said in a statement published on its website.
