A concrete beam of a hospital building under construction in central Thailand's Samut Prakan province collapsed on Tuesday, leaving at least 11 killed and 17 others injured, local media reported. Two of those killed in the accident, which took place at around 11:30 a.m. local time, have been confirmed to be Cambodian nationals, according to the Bangkok Post. As of 4 p.m. local time, two bodies remained under the debris and the rescue team was still trying to recover them
