Cairo - MENA
State Minister for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Mohamed Mahsoub said that the Constituent Assembly (CA) agreed Sunday to leave a clause on the military judiciary in the Armed Forces chapter in Egypt's new constitution as it was in the now defunct constitution of 71. Addressing the evening session of CA, Mahsoub asserted that it is logical to place all articles concerning the military in the Armed Forces chapter. All previous constitutions have adopted the same approach in regard with this issue, he said.
