UK Prime Minister David Cameron arrived Wednesday in Algeria on a two-day state visit, for talks with President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and senior officials. Discussions will touch on the British-Algerian bilateral relations and cooperation in terms of fighting international terrorism. A statement by the Algerian presidency said this visit would be an occasion to bolster political dialogue between Algeria and the United Kingdom, over an array of common affairs. "The visit also confirms the excellent political and economic ties between both countries," the statement read.
