Canada Wednesday closed its embassy in the Ukraine after protestors entered the embassy amid a violent crackdown on opposition demonstrators outside. Adam Hodge, a spokesman for Canada's foreign affairs minister, said that the government closed the embassy after protestors entered the reception center Tuesday. Hodge said it was closed and will remain closed until further notice as a security precaution to ensure the protection of staff.
