The chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff will visit South Korea next week for discussions on growing tension with North Korea and other security issues, the U.S. Department of Defense said Friday.Gen. Martin Dempsey will visit South Korea as part of his three-nation tour that will also take him to Japan and China. He was earlier scheduled to visit only China.
