Head of National Liberals Party (NLP), Dory Chamoun, censured Thursday meddling of Syrian ambassador in Lebanon's domestic affairs, and called for his immediate expulsion. Chamoun reminded ambassador Ali Abed el Karim Ali that it was his government that refused demarcation of borders with Lebanon during the Premiership of Foad Siniora, adding that now Syria was paying the price of this refusal. "Lebanon is not at fault that the Syrian people flee to our country because of the massacres of its regime." Head of the NLP further said that behavior of Ali reminded him of the days of "Syrian occupation of Lebanon." He then called for holding rallies in front of the Syrian embassy.
