Head of NLP, MP Dory Chamoun, said on Sunday that "disputes over the electoral law will not divide the forces of March 14," calling for the holding of legislative elections on schedule. According to Chamoun, an electoral law based on single constituencies ensured just representation of all communities and brought the voter closer to his or her representative. "A while back I said I was skeptical about ability of sub-committee to reach an electoral formula of which all approve of," he concluded.
