Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities Marwan Charbel submitted today (Friday) a decree to the Cabinet\'s General Secretary in which he asked to amend the decree of calling electoral bodies so that elections would be held on Sunday June 16,2013, a statement issued by the media office of the caretaker Minister Marwan Charbel.
