The Minister of Interior and Municipalities Marwan Charbel Wednesday issued a notice concerning the possibility of voting via regular passport and identity card, even if the numbers were not mentioned in the electoral list or if the numbers were different from that registered on the list, provided that the information on the passport and the ID were identical. This procedure would be adopted in the forthcoming municipal by-elections to be conducted in some electoral districts on March 3.
