China on Wednesday lashed out at remarks by an aide to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe that defended Abe's controversial visit to a war shrine, saying such comments are evidence that Tokyo has "no repentance" over its wartime aggression. China's foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying made the comments in response to a YouTube video posting by Seiichi Eto, a special advisor to Abe, in which Eto said Japan is "disappointed" by the American reaction that expressed disappointment over Abe's Dec. 26 visit to the Yasukuni shrine
