China said Friday that it has been making "utmost efforts" to resume the long-stalled multilateral talks aimed at ending North Korea's nuclear weapons program, saying such efforts were made when Chinese diplomats visited Pyongyang last week. China's foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said, however, nations involved in the six-party talks should "accommodate legitimate concerns of the DPRK (North Korea)" if any resumption of the talks can take place.
