China has dispatched a Navy fleet to patrol waters near the Diaoyu Islands. The fleet is on a patrol and training mission and entered the waters Tuesday night.The fleet is comprised of the missile destroyer, the Lanzhou, and the missile frigate, the Hengshui. The fleet earlier carried out drills and other maritime training in the western Pacific Ocean.
