The Council for International People\'s Friendship (CIPF) Monday gave a dinner in honor of the visiting Chairman of the Higher Islamic Council in Kenya, Adan Waxhaw, and the accompanying delegation at the council\'s Garden, where they were received by the CIPF Chairman, Ahmed Abdul-Rahman and officials of the council.
