Citizens started to converge on Tahrir Square to celebrate the third anniversary of the January 25 Revolution. Groups of people, including families, are accessing the Square from Abdel-Men'em Riyad Street amid tight security measures, MENA reporter says. Military troops are still closing Tahrir Square to traffic for the second day in a row. Armored vehicles are parked outside the Egyptian Museum, on Kasr el-Nil, Bostan, Falaki, Mohamed Mahmoud, Omar Makram streets, as well as Kasr el-Nil Bridge.
