The US-led coalition has launched 29 airstrikes on Daesh targets in Syria and Iraq, Sky News Arabia quoted a statement by the Combined Joint Task Force as saying on Monday.

The US and coalition military forces have continued to attack Daesh terrorists in Syria and Iraq, said the statement.

The raids targeted five Daesh units, three positions and a vehicle as well as positions near the border with Turkey.

The raids also targeted the sites of the terrorist group in nine Iraqi cities.
