Colombian Foreign Minister María Ángela Holguín reiterated her country's full support for the right of the Palestinians to establish an independent state.

Holguín was speaking during a meeting with Palestinian Ambassador to Colombia Raouf Maliki.

The meeting took up the latest developments in Palestine and the continuous Israeli violations against the Palestinian people.

Maliki called on the Colombian government to support his country at the international forums to achieve the aspired justice and peace.

They also discussed ways of boosting cooperation at all levels.
