Daesh suicide behind multiple blasts in Jakarta

Daesh terrorist group is behind the blasts that shook the Indonesian capital on Thursday, as the terrorist group spreads into Southeast Asia, according to the BBC.

The blasts were centered around Thamrin Street, a major shopping and business district close to foreign embassies and the United Nations offices.

Militants launched a gun and bomb assault killing at least eight people in the center of the Indonesian capital on Thursday, police said, in an attack that followed a threat by Daesh fighters to put the country in their "spotlight".
