The death toll of ongoing clashes in Cairo and several other cities has risen to five and 246 others have been wounded, according to medics. Three people were killed in Cairo and two others in North Sinai in confrontations between ousted president Mohamed Morsi\'s supporters and opponents, medical sources said. All those injured in the clashes were taken to nearby hospitals for medical treatment, they said, adding that all cases are stable.
