Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouli issued ministerial decree no. 150 for 2016 on the establishment of a body at the New Urban Communities Authority for the new administrative capital and Sheikh Mohamed Ben Zayed residential area.

The structural construction of the body as sanctioned by the ministry will be formed as bodies of A level cities, according to the decree.
