A delegation of the US Congress arrived in Cairo Saturday coming from Ireland for talks with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and a number of other Egyptian officials.
Rodney Procter Frelinghuysen, chairman of appropriations at Congress, is leading the delegation of 13 US officials to Egypt.
