Dozens of people have been killed in attacks by fighters from the Central African Republic\'s interim government inrecent days, witnesses told dpa on Tuesday. On Tuesday alone, more than 12 people were killed by Seleka rebels in and around the central town of Bouca, one witness said. \"Elements of armed fighters have been attacking many villages in the Ouhamprefecture, in the last few days,\" a merchant who fled the area and requested to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals.
