Dozens of radical settlers and Jewish extremists broke into Al-Aqsa Holy Mosque on Tuesday morning in Jerusalem. The storming took place from Al-Maghariba Gate with protection of Israeli police, and according to Palestinian eye witnesses, the intruders performed prayers and recited Talmudic slogans a day before celebrating \'Yom Kippur\'. Al-Aqsa Committee to preserve Islamic holy sites institution said in a statement that Israeli forces desecrated the Holy Mosque by the time of having Muslim prayers and students, causing extreme tension. They also prevented 10.000 students under the age of 45, studying in a project-which the constitution supervise, to enter Al-Aqsa. Al-Aqsa Mosque including all of its buildings above and under the ground, squares, and walls in a complete area of 144 acres is considered as a pure Islamic Mosque, it said. Al-Buraq Wall or the so called Wailing wall is an integral part of Al-Aqsa, rejecting and condemning any desecration of the Holy Mosque by Israel and its executive bodies, radical settlers, and Jewish extremists, the statement added. Performing prayers close to Al-Buraq Wall does not allow Israel to practice any control on Al-Aqsa Mosque, the statement stated. Thousands of policemen deployed around Al-Buraq Wall and the vicinity of the old town in Jerusalem, closing main streets and byroads to facilitate entrance of Israelis to the Buraq region.
