Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Dr. Jum'a bin Ahmed Al-Ka'bi received Muharraq Municipal Council's Chairman engineer Abdul-Nasser Al-Mahmeed and the following members: Ali Al-Muqla, Ghazi Al-Mourbati and Ramzi Al-Qalaleef. The Minister praised the role of municipal members in boosting the efficiency of, and improving, municipal services in the Kingdom. The meeting discussed several topics pertaining to services and issues of concern to inhabitants of the Governorate. The meeting also discussed plans implemented by the Municipal Council and its future plans.The delegation praised the role of the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning in removing difficulties and solving issues related to the municipal sector.Dr. Al-Ka'bi praised the significance of municipal councils in expediting urban development in Bahrain and remarkable contribution in boosting awareness and developing the standard and quality of services provided to citizens.
