The Assistant of the President of the Republic, Dr. Jalal Yousif Al-Degair leaves, Friday for Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, leading Sudan\'s delegation to the third summit Conference of the Africa and South America which will be held there during Feb. 22-2 . The summit comes in the context of strengthening the partnership between Africa and South America to activate the south-south cooperation to review the joint projects between Africa and South America for 2010-2015 . The summit will also discuss implementation of 30 joint projects, the institutions of the permanent partnership, the mechanisms for funding the partnership projects which include culture, capacity building, peace, security, science and technology, trade, investment , infrastructures and tourism .
