Visiting Indian Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar said India, Egypt and other African countries have an opportunity to enhance their efforts to tackle the climate change and its repercussions.
Javadekar said if they cooperate, they could pay the attention of the rest of the world to their vision about climate change during the coming Paris conference by the end of the year.
In his news conference held in Cairo, the Indian minister said this was the last chance to stand for the challenges imposed by climate change.
He asserted that New Delhi was working with Egyptian and African governments along with African Union in this regard.
