Egyptian Ambassador to Russia Mohamed El Bedry took part Saturday in a ceremony organized at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia to mourn the victims of recent terrorist attacks.
The ceremony, which was organized by the Egyptian community in Russia, included professors, students and members of the Egyptian and Arab communities.
Addressing the event, the diplomat stressed that Cairo is determined to uproot terrorism.
