Daesh

Deputy Foreign Minister Hamdy Loza said on Tuesday that the threats imposed by the Daesh terrorist group should be confronted across the world under the international laws.

Addressing the anti-Daesh conference in Paris, the deputy minister called on the Iraqi government to fulfill its commitments and include Sunni Iraqis in the political process.

Cairo is ready to provide aid and training for the Iraqi armed forces, Loza said delivering Egypt's statement to the conference.

At least 24 ministers and representatives of international organizations partook in the conference.

Also, he asserted urgency of reaching a political solution to the crisis in Syria and stop armament of the terrorist groups.

The senior diplomat provided a briefing on Egypt's effort to face terrorist organizations at levels of religious institutions and security operations.
