Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Salah Helal and his Chadian counterpart Eissa Ali Taha signed on Thursday three cooperation protocols.
The protocols tackle the fields of fish farming, raising livestock and training in Chad.
The signing ceremony is the first activity by Helal since he came to office on Thursday.
The new minister said that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi put boosting cooperation with African countries as a top priority.
