Egypt and French Development Agency (FDA) signed Monday a cooperation protocol to prepare a study for establishing Alexandria subway. Egypt\'s Transport Minister Hatem Abdel Latif and director of the French agency Dov Zerah signed the protocol in presence of Alexandria governor Mohamed Abbas Atta. The 14-month study aims at determining the line of the planned subway, said Abdel Latif in statements.
