Egypt will take part in a ministerial meeting of the Istanbul Process which aimed at supporting Afghanistan, slated to be held on April 26 in Astana. A diplomatic source said that Egypt\'s Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr had received an invitation to partake in the conference, noting that Cairo is always keen on supporting Afghanistan\'s stability. In November 2011, Afghanistan\'s neighbors gathered in Turkey and reached an agreement known as Istanbul Process, presenting a new vision for regional cooperation and promoting a stronger and sustainable economic future for the country.
