Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Qandil will fly to South Sudan on Thursday to deliver a message from President Mohamed Morsi to South Sudan\'s President Salva Kiir. The message addresses bilateral ties and means of boosting them in different fields of cooperation along with investment. Qandil is expected to hold a meeting with Kiir to discuss political files including the activation of the role of joint committee on cooperation between the two countries. Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr will take part in the meeting.
