Egypt's Defense Minister Gen. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on Thursday met with British Prime Minister's National Security Adviser Kim Darroch, currently on a visit to Cairo. The meeting dealt with means of boosting and developing cooperation and military ties between the two countries. They also exchanged views on Arab and regional latest developments and their repercussions on Middle East security and stability.
