Egypt's Foreign Ministry has strongly condemned Friday's terror attack on a French factory.

Spokesman for the ministry Badr Abdel Aati said that Egypt backs France's efforts to combat terror.

He reiterated Egypt's firm stance regarding the need to unite all international efforts to confront terrorism targeting world security and stability.

One person was killed and several others were injured in an attack on a factory near Grenoble in southeastern France earlier today.
