Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon Mohamed Badr El Din held a meeting Friday with United Nations Secretary-General Special Coordinator for Lebanon Sigrid Kaag.
The meeting took up preparations for a planned visit to Cairo, Kaag told MENA reporter.
The discussions also covered latest developments in Lebanon and the region, she said.
She pointed out tha a planned meeting with Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will take up the situation and means to maintain stability in Lebanon.
