The Morale Affairs Department of the Egyptian armed forces opened an international media center that coincided with the start of the vote in the constitutional referendum on Tuesday. "The center is working around the clock to monitor media reports made by international and local newspapers on the vote," the head of the department said. "The army is keen on conducting all preparations related to the referendum," he said.
