The Morale Affairs Department of the Egyptian armed forces opened an international media center that coincided with the start of the vote in the constitutional referendum on Tuesday. "The center is working around the clock to monitor media reports made by international and local newspapers on the vote," the head of the department said. "The army is keen on conducting all preparations related to the referendum," he said. Polling stations have opened across Egypt as millions of voters in the country are set to vote in the constitution referendum. Balloting stations, surrounded by heavy security presence, were receiving queues of citizens.
