Minister of Culture Abdel Wahed Al-Nabawi held a meeting with Italian Ambassador in Cairo Maurizio Massari to discuss promoting cooperation.

Present at the meeting was Paolo Sabbatini, Director of the Italian Culture Institute in Egypt.

During the meeting, Nabawi stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation in the field of training and management of cultural institutions to rehabilitate the cultural cadres.

Massari called for putting a cultural strategy for cooperation between both countries.

He noted that Egypt will be the guest of honor of Expo exhibition in Italy, slated for July 31.
