Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met with his Armenian counterpart Eduard Nalbandyan on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.
The two foreign ministers tackled means to promote political, economic and trade relations and coordination at international and regional events, Foreign Ministry spokesman Badr Abdel Aati said.
The Armenian foreign minister underlined his country's support for Egypt's bid to win a non-permanent seat at the United Nations Security Council.
