Egyptian army forces Sunday killed a militant who participated in a number of "terrorist" attacks against the army and police in northern Sinai, a military spokesman said. Colonel Ahmad Mohammad Ali said in a statement the forces killed Nassar Sabah Rabba' Saleh, also known as "Abu Rabee'a," in Al-Areesh city. He said the forces have also arrested 40 terror suspects and destroyed 22 hideouts used by what Ali called "takfiris" to launch their attacks on government troops.
