Egyptian Premier Dr. Hazim Al-Biblawi accepted the resignation of the Minister of International Cooperation Dr. Ziyad Bahauddin, as of January 23rd.Biblawi asked Minister of Planning Dr. Ashraf Al-Arabi to serve as caretaker minister of international cooperation in addition to his portfolio.
