The Union of Egyptian Communities in Germany took on Friday all action needed to receive President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, who is due to visit Berlin in June.

In statements to MENA, Director of the Media and Cultural Center in Dusseldorf Nohila Selim said the union sent a letter of protest to the speaker of the German Parliament to show resentment against his comments on Sisi's visit to Germany.

"Such remarks were hasty and unprofessional," she said.
