Egypt's Ambassador to Burundi Yassir Ragab met on Saturday with Second Vice President of Burundi Gervais Rufyikiri.
The meeting took on bilateral relations and developments seen at the political, economic and technical levels.
The Egyptian diplomat briefed the Burundian official on Cairo's interest in supporting Burundi in different development domains.
The official expressed appreciation for Egypt's role in the African country.
